| 1. Why did you join AKPsi? |
I went to high school with Justin Rivera (Spring 07). He rushed and didn’t get in his first semester of freshman year. He told me that if I did get in it would be a phenomenal opportunity to meet driven people with a common goal of professionalism and friendship. And of course…I wanted to one up him. |
| 2. What is your favorite/funniest AKPsi memory? |
I woke up in the bushes after my pledge party. Yes in the bushes outside of Forbes Hall. Thank you to my pledge family for making sure I got home okay. |

Take advantage of every opportunity and chance AKPsi will give you over the years. I have done things I never thought I would do or learned things that no one else could have taught me. Also don’t be afraid to branch out past your group of friends. You will find a wealth of knowledge and diversity of experiences—as well as a network that will last far longer than your four years of college! |
| 6. Who is your AKPsi role model? |
Beth Wilson- She was the person who really pushed me to stray from the norm (finance and accounting) and pursue a major and career path that I really loved. She is one of the main reasons I am getting my masters in HR right now. Aside from that she had a passion for giving back to AKPsi and truly made a difference in our chapter. |

P&G this summer! If you are in Cinnci call me! |

| 9. Words of advice for students new to the University of Illinois. |
Step outside of your comfort zone! Coming to this University may be overwhelming, but put yourself out there and do things that you are scared or intimidated to do. I almost didn’t rush AKPsi because I had never had an interview before and may or may not have been socially awkward. Don’t be afraid to fail! Even if you do you will learn something about yourself and grow as a person. |
| 10. What is your ultimate goal in life? |
To have a school bus full of children while being financially sound. |
| 11. What one superhero power would you want and why? |
