Letter from the AKPsi President

Welcome to the official website of the Epsilon Chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi at the University of Illinois! Your interest in our organization is greatly appreciated; please feel free to browse our website to learn more about our members, sponsors and events throughout the year.

Alpha Kappa Psi is recognized as the premier developer of principled business leaders, and as the oldest and largest professional business fraternity in the nation, Alpha Kappa Psi provides endless opportunities for individuals to grow and expand professionally, philanthropically and socially. Our members are some of the most driven, intellectual and inspiring individuals at the University and even beyond in the professional world.

With over twenty corporate sponsors, our chapter strives to improve and develop its members’ professionalism. We provide opportunities for its members to expand their professional horizons through sponsor presentations and unparalleled mentorship, offering our members the essential tools to be strong leaders in the business world.

We understand that an organization’s success is founded on more than just professionalism and we pride ourselves on our unique brotherhood that lasts a lifetime among our members. Also, with various social, fundraising and philanthropy events on a weekly basis, our members are given many opportunities to become well-rounded students that have an impact on the University of Illinois community, as well as their work lives in the future.

I can honestly say that rushing and joining Alpha Kappa Psi my first semester freshman year was the best decision I have made in life thus far. I have been introduced to remarkable individuals that have been and will be extremely successful. I have made my best friends in this organization, and over the past three semesters I have developed relationships that will stay with me for the rest of my life, and for that I am extremely grateful.

Thank you again for your interest. Please feel free to contact me with any questions regarding the Epsilon Chapter, and please come out to our Rush events at the start of the semester.

Best Regards,

Thomas Griffin
