Research and Teaching Interests

  • My research interests lie in examining the effects of relational assets on firm strategy and performance, through which I develop and apply the concept of Relational Strategy within buyer-supplier relationships. I am also interested the broader aspects of strategic management of human capital intensive firms, in particular how these firms organize and govern a workforce to achieve firm goals. Thus, my research interests span cooperative strategy and strategic human capital.
  • My teaching interests lie in business policy & strategy, and strategic human capital. I can also teach international business and entrepreneurship.
