Teaching and Research

Teaches courses related to Strategic Business Processes - Marketing Management, Brand Management, New Product Development, New Products Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Supply-Chain Management, and Marketing Metrics. Research focus is on the role of leadership competency and governance in sustaining competitive advantage in consumer driven supply networks, marketing's role in the supply-chain management process, supply-network competencies, inter-firm and intra-firm cooperation, delivering customer and shareholder value, supplier/firm/brand/store interactions, consumer "end-of-supply-chain" disposition in the consumption process.
