Videos submitted without full documentation cannot be shown or considered for prizes. Full documentation consists of 1) a Video Submission Form signed by the teacher or school administrator, and 2) a Student Submission Form signed by the student and by a parent or guardian for EACH student who created the video. Videos without full documentation have been blocked until the proper forms are received.
