Global Select

As the Discovery Café expands its operations, increasing both revenues and shareholder wealth, so expands interest in Discovery Café shares. We now meet the NASDAQ Global Select listing requirements:

• we have more than 750,000 publicly held shares
• market value of listed securities total $15 million, and
• we have at least four market makers.

The Global Select securities represent the top tier of the NASDAQ stocks. It includes the most well known and actively traded securities.
