Seven new members joined the Commerce Alumni Board of Directors this year.
DANA L. DITMAN (B.S. Accountancy '90) is an accountant with the Caterpillar Company. Before joining Cat he was at Arthur Andersen in St. Louis. ROBERT FILEK (B.S. Accountancy '86) is a partner at Coopers and Lybrand, Chicago. He is the lead recruiter for the U of I.
DAVID GILMARTIN (B .S. Finance '84, J.D. Notre Dame) is a law associate with Gardner, Carton & Douglas, Chicago. He has served on the Young Alumni Committee and the Spring Luncheon Committee.
THOMAS HARRINGTON (B.S. Finance '77) is president of Devonshire Realty Group in Champaign. He is past chairman of the board of the Champaign County Chamber of Commerce.
DAVID G. SIEBERT (M.B.A. '89) is president and CEO of Flying Color Graphics, Inc. In 1992 he was given the Commerce Appreciation Award in recognition of the help he provided the college in the publication of the Commerce magazine. He serves on the college's Executive MBA Board of Directors.
MARC S. SKALETSKY (B.S. Accountancy '76) is Midwest area partner-in-charge for International Services at KPMG Peat Marwick. He serves as KPMG's tax college relations partner for the UI. He is a member of the Professional Advisory Board for the Department of Accountancy and a member of the college's Business Advisory Council.
CEDRIC D. THURMAN (B.S. Finance '87, M.M. Northwestern) is project manager, Personal Financial Services Department at Harris Trust and Savings Bank. He has been at Harris since 1987.
