The ILLINOIS MS Tax Program in Chicago is part of the University
of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign’s College of Business’ Accountancy
Department. The MS Tax Program in Chicago embodies both the
high standards for educational excellence and curriculum innovation
that are trademarks of the College of Business and Department of
Accountancy at ILLINOIS.
The
ILLINOIS MS Tax Program is the culmination of a collaborative effort
by the University and the tax community to develop a program that
would meet the multifaceted needs of today’s tax professionals.
Under the leadership of Ira Solomon and Howard Engle, a Board
of Advisors was assembled to
design an innovative curriculum that would ensure the ILLINOIS standard
of excellence and its ongoing relevance to the profession. The ILLINOIS
MS Tax Program is the result of that effort.
