OIM provides information technology services that support and enhance the educational, research and administrative activities of faculty and staff in the College of Business at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Classroom technology training
OIM will be providing classroom technology training at the times listed below. The sessions in BIF will pertain to all BIF classrooms and a proximity icard (prox card) is necessary to access the classroom equipment. If you need to obtain a prox card, please contact your department as soon as possible to begin this process. If training is needed for the Deloitte Auditorium, please contact email@example.com for individual training.
The sessions in Wohlers Hall pertain only to classrooms 240, 241, and 243. Access to the technology in these rooms is granted by logging into the classroom computer using your netID. No other codes are required for these three rooms. For room 152 WH, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule individual training. If training is needed for Wohlers Hall classrooms other than 152, 240, 241, or 243, please contact CITES (http://classtech.cites.uiuc.edu/cct/default.aspx).
Changes were made to the technology in these rooms last summer to accommodate audio/video conferencing via Skype, Lync, etc. It is recommended to attend training if you have not used these rooms in the past year.
