Series: Walmart

On March 28, Cindy Moehring, Vice President and Chief Ethics Officer for Walmart and Ami Spivey, Vice President of Innovations, Engineering and Global Processes for Sam’s Club presented “Integrating Ethics and Integrity into the Business.”

Cindy has spent 13 years at Walmart, both in Corporate Governance for the legal department and for Walmart Foundation. Previously the Senior Director of U.S. Ethics, she now promotes Walmart’s ethical culture to all stakeholders globally.

Ami has spent 18 years with Walmart leading both Distribution Center and Transportation Operations in addition to Engineering. As VP of Innovations, she leads a team that facilitates process and systems improvements for Sam’s Club.

On April 4, Andy Milnes, Regional Business Leader, BP Products North America Inc. and Lisa Sterba, Regional Compliance Director, BP Products North America Inc. presented “Think Before You Write it or Say it: An interactive session emphasizing the importance of clear and concise business communications.”

Andy has spent 24 years at BP, starting in a variety of supply and commercial roles in Scotland and London. After several commercial refining and trading roles, Andy was VP of International Refining Joint Ventures and Downstream Director for Strategic Projects Asia. He is now responsible for supply and trading and global operations for BP Products North America.

For the past 20 years, Lisa has held various positions in regulatory, structured products, risk consulting, operations and systems. Lisa has spent 6 years at BP beginning with her instrumental work in building BP’s Trading Compliance Program. Previously a VP of Regulatory Affairs, she is now responsible for Ethics and Compliance for Integrated Supply & Trading Global Oil Americas.
