CAS Resident Associate and STIP Initiative Coordinator Glenn Hoetker will address the 2nd annual Future of Europe Summit in Andorra on 29 and 30 November 2007 in a session focusing on winning the race in the knowledge economy.  His comments will draw heavily on discussions held as part of the STIP initiative.
