Gies College of Business Staff: Below is the timeline for processing space requests by semester. An email notice will be sent to active web users when the system is available for the next semester requests.
GIES COLLEGE OF BUSINESS STUDENT ACCESS (Masters, PhD, IBC, and AEL/iVenture) - The Gies student sign-up is now complete for fall 2019. Watch for emails from your program department for the spring 2020 deadlines.
- Eligible students must sign up for EMS authorization through WebTools. Contact the program department staff with questions.
Friday, September 6th
at 8:30 am – 1st due date for student
signup (first batch of processing)
Week of September 9th – 1st batch of students may
begin using meeting spaces (exact date TBD, a notice will be distributed to authorized students when approval is complete)
Friday, September 20th at 8:30 am – 2nd and FINAL due date for
student signup during the fall semester
Week of September 23rd - final batch of students may begin using
meeting spaces (exact date TBD, a notice will be distributed to authorized students when approval is complete)
Students must remain in good standing and abide by the Gies College of Business and University policies to utilize the College spaces.
