College of Business Staff:  Below is the timing for processing space requests by semester.  An email notice will be sent to active web users when the system is available for the next semester requests. 

SemesterProcessing Begins


COLLEGE OF BUSINESS STUDENT ACCESS (Masters, PhD, James Scholar-senior standing, IBC, and AEL/iVenture) - Watch for notices from your department regarding spring 2018 registration. 

Spring Deadlines - Eligible students must sign up for EMS authorization through WebTools.  The spring deadlines are as follows:

Friday, January 26th, 8:00 AM – 1st due date for student signup (first batch of processing)

Week of January 29th – 1st batch of students may begin using meeting spaces (exact date TBD)

Friday, February 9th, 8:00 AM – 2nd and FINAL due date for student signup during the spring semester

Week of February 12th - final batch of students may begin using meeting spaces (exact date TBD)

Students must remain in good standing and abide by the College of Business and University policies to utilize the College spaces.
